Children In Need

Staff and pupils had been very busy baking cakes for Children in Need. A cake stall was held on the day, it proved very popular and sold out within 20 minutes! A raffle was also held, prizes included a fantastic cake decorated with sweets, a Pudsey bear and a tin of sweets, all of which were donated by staff. Also cover Pudsey with pennies helped raise more funds.
At lunchtime the school was awash with the sounds of buskers in various places. This included a star turn by our very own Mr. Keeble, who aided by his guitar performed some excellent songs! Pupils were also asked to bring a bear to school for a small donation; bears bought in included a gorilla and a unicorn to name but a few!
The total raised was £380.00 a huge amount well done everyone.
