Performance At Snape Maltings Concert Hall

Friday, 27th March, 2009

On Monday 9th March our Year 10 GCSE musicians took part in the annual “Celebrations of Schools’ Music” at the Concert Hall, Snape Maltings.
They played a contemporary piece with influences from rock and acoustic music. They also made use of computer software to refine the composition and to bring in additional harmonies.
The group was brilliant and Governors, Staff and Parents in the audience that night were very proud of them! The group have now played to Year 10 and Year 11 Assembly before, hopefully, playing to the whole school later in the year. Well done to Jack Stevens, Ryan Apps, Tom Adams, Evie Edwards, Sara Stones, Laura Robson, Daisy Havers.
