North Suffolk Skills Centre

Fifteen Year 11 pupils attended the award ceremony at North Suffolk Skills Centre on Friday 7th May. These pupils have completed their 2 years of study on a variety of courses: Level 1 Introductory Certificate in Basic Construction, BTEC Construction and the Built Environment, Level 1 Certificate in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and Level 1 Hairdressing. Almost all pupils are moving on to further courses within their chosen trade or apprenticeships and job opportunities.
I would like to say that the two years I have spent supporting the pupils at NSSC have been extremely enjoyable. Seeing these young people go through the process of achieving and maturing is very satisfying and rewarding. I wish them every success and will follow their progress with interest.
