Customer Service
The OCR VRQ in Customer Service is the equivalent of two GCSEs and helps prepare pupils for some of the challenges they will face when dealing with customers in whatever job they chose.
The course provides the opportunity to examine one organisation in depth and there are also three visit days during the year. On these visit days pupils get the chance to spend time in an organisation learning how the customer service is delivered first hand.
The course is run as a twilight session Wednesday evening and is delivered both in the classroom and online.
